Return Shipping is NOT Included

Please plan for return shipping costs! (They are not included in this order!) We will contact you when your order is complete to arrange pick-up/and-or return shipment of your items.

You will be billed seperatly and your items will not be returned until the return shipment is paid. We cannot store items more than 30 days.

Waiver & Disclaimer Agreement

By submitting your media (VHS tapes, audio cassettes, MiniDV tapes, photos, etc.) to Robinson Rewind, a DBA of MoodUS Media, LLC, owned by Timothy Edwin Robinson (1483 Whites Ferry RD, Falls, PA 18615), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Limitation of Liability: Robinson Rewind will take all reasonable care to handle, process, and transfer your media. However, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of items before, during, or after the shipping process. We highly recommend using secure shipping methods with tracking and insurance.
2. Media Quality Disclaimer: You acknowledge that due to the age, condition, and quality of the original media, Robinson Rewind cannot guarantee the quality of the transferred digital files. Tapes, cassettes, or photos with mold, deterioration, or other damage may result in degraded digital output, despite our best efforts.
3. Mold & Damage Acknowledgment: You understand that tapes with mold or physical damage may require extra remediation services, and additional charges may apply. We will notify you before performing any remediation beyond the standard transfer process.
4. Shipping & Handling: If you are shipping your items to us, Robinson Rewind is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your media during shipping. All shipping costs to and from our facility are your responsibility. Free pick-up and drop-off services are only available within Wyoming County, PA, and must be pre-arranged. RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ORDER.
5. Ownership & Licensing: You represent that you are the legal owner of the media you submit for transfer and that you have the right to request and authorize its duplication or transfer to a digital format.
6. Data Retention: We will store your digital files for 30 days, after which you must either download or purchase extended storage. Robinson Rewind is not responsible for storing or retaining digital files beyond this period without payment for extended storage.

By agreeing to this waiver, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined above. This agreement serves as your acknowledgment that Robinson Rewind is not liable for any issues arising from the transfer or handling of your media.
